Description:
The DC MAXI FLEX is a powerful and flexible cutter designed by DANCUTTER for cutting, milling, and grinding pipes with diameters ranging from 100 to 300 mm (4” to 12”). It is engineered for efficiency and ease of use, allowing a single operator to set up and perform tasks swiftly. Made in Denmark, this advanced cutter includes a wheeled stainless-steel frame with an integrated supply hose, control unit, and a 12.1” color display for precise operation. The system supports both straight and bent pipes and features a built-in slip ring and automatic feeder for smooth hose movement.
Set-Up:
The DC MAXI FLEX setup takes just a few minutes. The wheeled frame, equipped with supply hoses and the control unit, is positioned at the work site. The cutter is connected to the supply hose, and air and power are linked. With a reach of up to 70 meters, the cutter is inserted into the pipe to its working position.
Operation:
Operated via a frame-mounted control unit with two joysticks, the DC MAXI FLEX provides a sharp image of the cutter’s position on a 12.1” color display. The milling motor’s functions, including rotation, raising, lowering, and moving back and forth, are controlled from the panel. The frame features an automatic feeder and slip ring for smooth hose movement.
